We’ll be working closely with people with lived experience in our three priority areas throughout the project – young people who have experienced mental health challenges, and adults in recovery or who have experienced a close bereavement.
Designing and delivering the project
In Blackpool, Hastings and Weston-super-Mare we have established groups of co-researchers (members of the public with relevant lived experience), who will inform the project, helping to design and deliver key aspects of the research. This includes co-producing creative workshops to investigate and document, using participatory visual methods, how people with experience in our three focus areas describe and use local community assets, including barriers to use.
